MSRNT - Adoptable Dogs Adoptable
DOG BIOGRAPHY: Introducing Nikki, a nice girl who comes to MSRNT from a local shelter. Upon arrival at MSRNT, this 17-pound girl was treated to a dental and a day at the spa. My, oh my, what a gorgeous gal emerged! Now feeling refreshed and ready to get on with her life, Nikki is setting her sites on the next chapter in life. In her new foster home, Nikki’s foster mom reports that Nikki is a pleasant, confident girl who has made herself at home and has been on her best behavior. She possesses an average level of energy and enjoys her post at the front window. While she is not overly playful with the other foster dog in the home, she is sociable with him and accepting of his dominant personality. In the manners department, she has demonstrated that she is housetrained but is not a big fan of her crate. At the age of 10 years, Nikki is a well-adjusted girl who would no doubt make a great companion not only to her humans, but to other canines as well. Could Nikki be the girl you have been searching for? Make a date to meet this lovely lady and find out for yourself!

DOG BIOGRAPHY: What a gem we have found in this handsome little boy who goes by the name Frank! Just a youngster at approximately one year of age, Frank arrived at MSRNT after being surrendered by his owner to a city shelter along with his buddy, Dori. Initially a bit shy, Frank quickly warmed up and has settled in quite nicely with his new foster family. He is a sweet, affectionate boy who loves everyone he meets and likes playing with the other dogs in his foster home. He enjoys his walks and, reports his foster mom, he is doing quite well at perfecting his house manners. Franks foster mom observes that this boy has a tail that just will not stop wagging, and an adorable little white soul patch in his beard that is just too cute! Frank is a versatile youngster who would do well in many different environments but should thrive in a home with other doggie playmates and with humans who love to snuggle with him! Will you be the lucky pet parent who adopts this adorable boy?

DOG BIOGRAPHY: Hi there! My name is Dori and I am kin to Frank, the other guy who looks incredibly like me, but has that little white soul patch. Frank and I were surrendered by our family to a local city shelter and, quite frankly, our days were numbered! Just as we were ready to freak out, this nice lady from MSRNT swooped in and saved us! So now Frank is resting comfortably in a wonderful foster home, that lucky dog; and I am just waiting for that special foster home of my own! In the meantime, let me tell you a bit about me. They say I am between 1 and 3 years of age (I will never tell) and I weigh about 17 pounds. I am quite a bit like Frank. Initially shy, but very friendly and cooperative. I know Frank will find a great home and I am hoping the same will happen for me. Can you open your heart and adopt me as a new family member? I promise I will never let you down and I will cherish you forever and ever! Please think about it. Love, Dori

DOG BIOGRAPHY: MSRNT delightfully presents Dak, a young pup who was born around mid-May of this year and transferred to us from a local shelter along with his littermates, Zeke & Dezzie. Not long after arrival at MSRNT, Dak and Dezzie were hospitalized and successfully treated for parvovirus. It was a tough experience for both, but the fact that they survived and are now thriving just goes to show how tough they are! Of the three bears, as their foster parents fondly refer to them, Dak is the middle bear, size-wise. Currently, at the age of 10 weeks, he tips the scales just shy of 5 pounds and is described as the medium hairy one. He is not as rambunctious as his brother but is more of an independent boy. He also has a curious nature and enjoys investigating all the curiosities in his environment. All three kids possess the enthusiasm of youth and enjoy playing with toys. They are bright youngsters who all respond to their names and to correction. They are all crate-trained and able to sleep either in a crate or in a bed with no accidents. All are working hard on their housetraining and have made great progress. And, soon they will embark on training to master other manners and skills, such as walking on a leash. Dak and his siblings are doing a great job entertaining their foster parents but look forward to the day that they can spread that joy in their new forever homes. If you enjoy the fun and challenge associated with raising a young pup to be the best he can be, be sure to let us know that you would like to meet Dak or one of the other Three Bears!

He is an energetic rough and tumble boy who is fast on his feet and loves playing with others, including the family cat. All three kids possess the enthusiasm of youth and enjoy playing with toys. DOG BIOGRAPHY: My name is Vic, or some may call me Victor! I am one good looking 4 yr old dog that has it all...... Intelligence, photogenic, athletic, a lover, fast learner, and an admirer for humans! I get extremely excited when I go for walks, ride in a car, or get a new toy. I'm good with another companion and would love to have a large area to run, but may be to much for younger children. My foster is helping me perfect my manners when being introduced to new people, and I am making great progress. Cats and small animals are also a big source of interest for my curiosity! .. but my forever family is my priority!! Are you that wonderful human family ready to welcome me into your loving home?

DOG BIOGRAPHY: Hi everyone! My name is Priscilla. My new friends at MSRNT found me in an Oklahoma shelter and brought me all the way back here to find my new forever family. I was on my best behavior, as always, and impressed them with the way I rode so quietly during the long car ride to the big city! As you will see from my picture, I am a pretty girl who feels great at just 15 pounds and, at the age of 7 to 10 years, I have a well-adjusted warm and friendly personality. It seems that the big question is whether I am an OU Sooners fan or an OSU Cowboys fan. When I settle in with my new foster family, I will tell everyone a whole lot more about myself. But, as for being a fan? The more I meet all these friendly folks here in Texas, the more I am likely to become the newest number one fan of the Lone Star State!

DOG BIOGRAPHY: Our dear little Abby was surrendered by her family to a metroplex area shelter and from there, was surrendered to MSRNT with hopes that we could help her find a new forever home. Abby is now soaking up lots of love in her foster home, but still looks forward to the day when her forever family will come calling for her. Meanwhile, her foster mom brags that Abby, who is estimated to be 11 years young, is every bit a good girl and a sweetheart. She appears to be housetrained and has adjusted well to a crate. She rides nicely in a car and, overall, is very well behaved. She enjoys the company of other dogs. Losing her family was no doubt tough for this petite 12-pounder but now that she realizes there is still love in this big old world, she is showing her playful side and is quite the charmer. If you are ready to give new life to this deserving girl, we believe she will give to you tons of very special schnauzer love in return!

DOG BIOGRAPHY: Presenting precious little Pixie, a 12-pound sweetheart who was transferred to us from a local city shelter. Upon arrival at MSRNT, Pixie was suffering from heartworm disease but is now receiving lifesaving treatment, thanks to the generous financial support of the Jason Heigl Heal-a-Heart Program, graciously funded by Nancy Heigl as a memorial to her son, Jason. Pixie is showing that she is a resilient girl and, with the proper care, has gained both much-needed weight and muscle since joining our MSRNT family. This little 9-year-old girl has not always enjoyed the carefree, happy life that every dog deserves and, yet, she has an incredibly sweet disposition. Pixie is one of those dogs who will no doubt shower her new humans with intense devotion and love, knowing that they have given her this second chance in life. We feel confident that the family who invites this sweetheart into their home will be eternally grateful to have Pixie as their very own.
